Short Eared Owls

Northern Harriers and Short-Eared Owls share the same terrine and compete for the same food source for survival.mostly small rodents , This leads to constant friction between the two species ,the Harrier being the larger bird will often steal the Owls catch .Although the Owl is much smaller it always puts up a good fight .
