Do Canada geese have teeth ?
Indeed they do ,although they are not true teeth but hard spikey cartilage known as tomium. These grow from the beak. Check out the gooses tongue ,i t is also lined with with serrations as well. These help the Goose to rip up grass and grab snails amongst other things.
It is thpught that birds may have actually had teeth about 100 million years ago.
